Our menus are tailored to accommodate your chronic conditions.

Basic Wellness:

  • Enjoy tasty, freshly-prepared meals infused with local fruits and vegetables, when possible.
  • Cardiac-friendly: Reduced sodium, averaging less than 1800 mg over two meals.
  • Diabetic-friendly: Less than 85g carbs per meal.
  • 20 mg of Vitamin C
  • Ensure a minimum of 600 calories per meal, with a weekly average not exceeding 750 calories.
  • Maintain a weekly average fat content below 35% of total calories.
  • Meet a minimum daily average of 7 grams of fiber.

Renal Diet:

Similar to the basic wellness diet, with modifications for nutritional support recommended for most kidney disease patients on hemodialysis, home dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis.

  • No limitation on protein.
  • Restriction of phosphorus and potassium by excluding foods such as dairy, tomato products, potatoes, oranges, and bananas.

Soft Diet:

Ideal for individuals with dentition issues, reflecting the basic wellness diet with modified food textures, including chopped meats and softer fruits and vegetables.

Pureed Diet:

Aligned with the basic wellness diet, designed for those with difficulty swallowing (dysphagia). Our food is processed to a smooth, applesauce/pudding consistency, and liquids are not thickened.
