Our dedicated Meals on Wheels case managers collaborate with you and your family to assess eligibility for supplementary programs designed to support your ability to remain in your home. Please note that some of these programs are contingent on funding, external approval, or volunteer availability. - Ani-Meals – Enjoy the convenience of FREE monthly pet food deliveries for your cat or dog.
- Food Pantry – For clients meeting income guidelines, this program provides monthly deliveries of 1-2 bags of low-sodium and shelf-stable food items.
- Senior Food Boxes – Through a program administered by Second Harvest Food Bank, clients 60 and older who meet income guidelines are eligible to receive monthly food boxes delivered to their homes.
- Grocery Shopping – Updated wording should say “Our Grocery Shopping Program in partnership with Giant Direct, allows clients to place an order with our volunteer and have groceries picked up and delivered to their home. A $10 service fee applies for each order/delivery. Please contact us for more details.
