Our dedicated Meals on Wheels case managers collaborate with you and your family to assess eligibility for supplementary programs designed to support your ability to remain in your home. Please note that some of these programs are contingent on funding, external approval, or volunteer availability. - Ani-Meals: Enjoy the convenience of FREE monthly pet food deliveries for your cat or dog.
- Food Access Food Pantry: Are you in need of extra groceries? For clients meeting income guidelines, this program provides monthly deliveries of 1-2 bags of low-sodium, shelf-stable food items, along with fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Food Access Senior Food Boxes: Participate in a federal government food surplus program (administered by Second Harvest) exclusively for clients over the age of 60 who meet income guidelines. Monthly boxes are delivered directly to your home.
- Food Access Grocery Shopping: Experience the ease of having volunteers deliver groceries you’ve selected. Simply pay for the groceries, and we’ll handle the ordering and delivery. A $5 fee applies to each grocery shopping trip. Please contact us for more details.
